Mosel Rieslings are my latest favourite white wine

Mosel Rieslings are my latest favourite white wine as of a week ago from our
WSET level 2 in wine classes. Intensely aromatic, high acidity, light to medium body. I was in the mood for cucumber mango salad so I made red churry chicken thighs and we paired it with this lovely 2015 Mosel Riesling from @weingut_nik_weis. Floral, stone fruit, dried fruit, honey, and petrol. I’d consider this outstanding!
